The Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency was constituted as a State Nodal agency in the 1984 under aegis of Dept. of Science and Technology. Today, a lot of very useful data is provided by the OREDA database, a consortium of offshore companies in the North Sea. The consortium is operated by the DNV out of Norway. All the data analysis that I have seen has been done by SINTEF in Norway. It provides a lot of very useful information on process equipment. The OREDA database contains reliability data collected by our member-companies over more than 30 years from their installations located around the world.
